This beautiful highly aromatic grape variety is coupled with a soft, dry palate. The wine is the result of 3 years of drought, and due to low yield, only 65 boxes were produced. The grapes were hand-picked on an unusually cool morning in February 2020, crushed by lunchtime, before beginning a long cool fermentation of 60 days.
